The mobile payment hype has eventually subsided and as we have predicted we are now seeing a very distinct trend that is leading a two very different path towards mobile payments around the world. In most western markets it is the NFC based mobile payment is still the main system used. In the other markets it is the QR based payments that is being the dominant form of payment or in some cases use both QR and NFS.
