IOSCO Issues Final Recommendations on Compliance in Carbon Markets

The International Organization of Securities Commissions' Board released a final report on compliance carbon markets (CCMs) with the intention of assisting IOSCO members that want to create new CCMs or improve their current CCMs. With reference to the lessons learned from conventional financial markets, OSCO's final study offers twelve major recommendations for developing and improving compliant carbon markets.
