A total of 99 Private Equity/Venture Financing deals (pending and completed) were announced in the Technology, Media and Telecom of Ireland, in the last twelve months resulting in a total deal value of over $3,597.1 million. In the LTM period, January 2022 turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $1,068.6 million, resulting in an average deal value of $213.7 million during that month. On the other hand, the month of April 2022 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 12 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $76.9 million during that month.

The fourth-largest deal was between DST Global Solutions LLC; Guillaume Pousaz; J.P. Morgan Partners, LLC; Left Lane Capital; Madrone Capital Partners; Prosus NV; QED Investors, LLC-Wayflyer valued at $150.0 million, whereas the deal between Tencent Holdings Ltd; Tiger Global Management LLC-Prandium Ltd valued at $100.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,877.7 million and accounted for nearly 80.00% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
