The Savvy Gaming Group-ESL Gaming GmbH deal and the ResMed Inc-MediFox DAN Group deal were valued at $1,050.0 million and $1,000.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Frasers Group plc-Hugo Boss AG valued at $946.5 million, whereas the deal between MIH Food Delivery Holdings B.V.-Delivery Hero SE valued at $868.2 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $10,364.8 million and accounted for nearly 60.61% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
