Of the 1,307 deals, the deal secured between BentallGreenOak (Canada) Limited Partnership and Xebec Holdings, LLC, was the largest Equity Offering deal in the Global Real Estate sector, which was valued at $475.0 million and was completed on June 24, 2021. The second-largest deal was between Worcestershire County Council Pension Scheme and The Gresham House Forest Growth and Sustainability LP, while the third-largest deal was between CCCC Real Estate Co Ltd; Jinmao Northern Enterprise Management (Tianjin) Co Ltd; Zhengzhou Poly Yonghe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Real Estate Group Limited Liability Company. The Worcestershire County Council Pension Scheme-The Gresham House Forest Growth and Sustainability LP deal and the CCCC Real Estate Co Ltd; Jinmao Northern Enterprise Management (Tianjin) Co Ltd; Zhengzhou Poly Yonghe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.-Zhengzhou Real Estate Group Limited Liability Company deal were valued at $265.2 million and $156.9 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between IGO Industries GmbH; Strauss Group-PORR AG valued at $141.4 million, whereas the deal between Joy Pacific Group Limited-China Aoyuan Group Ltd valued at $77.1 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,115.6 million and accounted for nearly 3.96% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 62.54% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $17,342.9 million, which accounted for 91.79% of the total deal size on a global scale.
