The number of active job postings in the Pharmaceuticals sector of Philippines decreased by 6.55% MoM, and decreased by 0.77% since October 2023, reaching 257 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 85 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 7.61% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 103 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 24.1% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 1.16% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 11.21%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 0.39%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 0.26% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 3.88%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 92, number of jobs closed stood at 100 and number of active jobs stood at 264.
