Mr. Christopher A Cartwright has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of the US Information Services. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Decision Insight Information Group. Earlier, he worked at Wolters Kluwer for 14 years.

Mr. Todd M. Cello has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the International Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from 2015 to 2017. He also served in various senior managerial roles in the company including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2009 to 2015 and Vice President and US Information Services Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2008.

Ms. Heather J. Russell has been the Chief Legal Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as a Partner at Buckley Sandler, LLP. Previously, she served as the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at Fifth Third Bank. Earlier, she served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Bank of New York Mellon; and Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President and at Bank of America Corp.

Ms. Karen Krause has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Communications Officer of the company since June 2022.Previously, she has held various level positions with JPMorgan Chase from 2104 to 2022. Prior to this she has worked with S&P Global and Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Timothy J. Martin has been the Executive Vice President, and Chief Global Solutions Officer of the company since May 2019. He previously held business management roles at TransUnion. Prior to joining, TransUnion in September 2009, Mr. Martin was President and Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Auto Finance.
