Ms. Linda Rendle has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024 and Chief Executive Officer and Director at the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the President of the company from May 2020 to September 2020. She served as the Executive Vice President of Cleaning, International, Strategy, and Operations at the company from 2019 to 2020. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, and General Manager of the cleaning division of the company from 2016 to 2018. Ms. Rendle also served as the Vice President and General Manager of home care of the company from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, she served as the Vice President of the sales, and cleaning division of the company from 2012 to 2014. She also served as the Director of sales planning of litter, food, and charcoal from 2011 to 2012, and Director of Sales of Supply Chain from 2010 to 2011. Ms. Rendle joined the company in 2003.

Mr. Kevin B. Jacobsen has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of the company from 2011 to 2018. Mr. Jacobsen joined the company in 1995.

Mr. Eric Reynolds has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of household and lifestyle of the company from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Reynolds also served as the Executive Vice President of Cleaning and Burt’s Bees. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from 2015 to 2019, and Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, divisions of the company from 2012 to 2015. He worked as a Director of International Business Development from 2011 to 2012, and General Manager of the company from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Reynolds joined the company in 1998.

Mr. Eric Schwartz has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Specialty of the company from 2019 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Schwartz served as the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Tyson Foods, Poultry segment from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Schwartz rejoined the Company in 2019 after serving as brand manager at the Company from 2000 to 2004.

Ms. Angela Hilt has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Secretary and Deputy General Counsel of the company from 2018 to 2020. Previously, Ms. Hilt worked as the Vice President, Secretary and Associate General Counsel of the company from 2008 to 2018. Earlier, she served as the Senior Corporate Counsel of the company from 2005 to 2008. Ms. Hilt joined the company in 2005.
