Mr. Gregory B. Maffei has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from 2009 to 2013. Previously, he has served as a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Media in May 2007, Liberty Broadband in June 2014, and Liberty TripAdvisor in July 2013. He also served as Chairman of Liberty TripAdvisor in June 2015. Mr. Maffei has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Interactive since February 2006. He also served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation from June 2005 to November 2005. Mr. Maffei served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 360networks from January 2000 to June 2005. Earlier, he also served as Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft and Chairman of Expedia.

Mr. James E. Meyer has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2020, and the President of Operations and Sales. Previously, he also served as the President of Aegis Ventures.

Jennifer C. Witz has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she held various positions within the company including; President, Sales, Marketing and Operations from March 2019 to December 2020, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer from August 2017 to March 2019, and Senior Financial and Operating roles in 2002. Previously, she served as Vice President, Planning and Development, at Viacom Inc. She also served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development, at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc.

Mr. Thomas D. Barry has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at SiriusXM in 2009. Previously he served leadership roles at at Digest Inc., Xerox Engineering Systems, and Avon Products Inc.

Mr. Joseph Inzerillo has been the Chief Product and Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Disney Streaming in 2017. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of BAMTech Media from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, he held various positions at Major League Baseball Advanced Media, LP including; Chief Technology Officer of from 2014 to 2015, and the Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2014.
