Mr. D.K. Tsai has been the Chairman of the company since 1999. Previously, he served as the Chairman and General Manager of Kingston Technology Far East Corp. Currently, he works as a Legal Representative Director at Greatek Electronics Inc., Board of Director at Powertech Holding (B.V.I.) Inc., PTI Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Powertech Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Technology (Suzhou) Ltd., Tera Probe, Inc., Powertech Technology Akita Inc. Mr. Tsai is also the Chairman at PTI Education Foundation and Independent Director at Chicony Power Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Boris Hsieh has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Powertech Technology Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd.

Mr. Evan Tseng has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Senior Assistant Vice President of Systex Corp.

Mr. Y. C. Chen has been the Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Director of Greatek Electronics Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of PowerChip Technology Corp.

Mr. John Wang has been the Chief Quality Assurance and Senior Vice President of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he worked as Assistant Vice President at Kingpak Technology Inc.
