Mr. Tham Kuo Wei is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd’s Industrial Business Unit. Mr. Wei also served as the Chief Investment Officer of CIMB-Mapletree Management Sdn. Bhd. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. He also held various positions in engineering and logistics management in PSA Corporation from 1993 to 2002.

Ms. Ler Lily has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Treasury and Investor Relations at Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd. Ms. Lily also held various roles within the Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd including the Vice President (Treasury) of the company. She also worked in Asia Food and Properties Limited and as an External Auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Singapore.

Mr. Dennis Woon Chin Voon is the Chief Development Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Development & Project Management at Lendlease. Mr. Voon also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Asian Pa Holdings and the Head of Project Management at The Ascott Limited in CapitalLand, Singapore.

Mr. Cheah Kim Teck has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at JC&C’s motor operations. Mr. Teck also served as a Director of JC&C’s from 2005 to 2014. He also held various senior marketing positions at McDonald’s Restaurants, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Coca-Cola. He also served as a Director of Singapore Pools (Private) Limited. Currently, he serves as a Director of Business Development of Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited (“JC&C”).
