Business Description
Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd (MIT) is a real estate investment trust (REIT), which invests in a diversified portfolio of income-producing industrial real estate and related assets. It offers real estate development and investment, leasing, property enhancement and sale and leaseback of property services. As of 31 March 2022, the company had 85 industrial properties in Singapore and 56 properties North America including 13 data centers in the US. The company’s total assets under management accounted for SGD8.8 billion at the end of March 2023.
