Mr. Robert Calderoni has been the Chairman of the company since November 2022. He also serves as a Director of Ansys, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman from 2015 to 2018 President and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Citrix Systems, Inc from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of Ariba, Inc. Mr. Calderoni also served as the President of SAP AG and Chief Financial Officer at Avery Dennison Corporation. Earlier, he held numerous senior financial executive positions at major technology companies, including Senior Vice President of Finance at Apple Inc., and Vice President Finance at IBM.

Mr. Richard P. Wallace has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2006. He also serves as a Director of Splunk Inc. Prior to this, he held several general management positions with the company including as the President and Chief Operating Officer from July 2005 to December 2005; Executive Vice President of the Customer Group from 2004 to 2005 and an Executive Vice President of Wafer Inspection Group from 2000 to 2004. Earlier, Mr. Wallace served in various roles at Ultratech Stepper and Cypress Semiconductor. He also serves as a Director of SEMI, NetApp Inc from 2011 to 2019, and Proofpoint Inc from 2017 to 2021. He started his career as applications engineer at KLA Instruments in 1988.

Mr. Bren D. Higgins has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2012 to 2014; Senior Director of Corporate Finance from 2011 to 2012, and the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2008 to 2011. Before this, Mr. Higgins held various financial and investor relations positions including Controller of Wafer Inspection Group of the company.

Mr. Bobby Bell is the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. He also serves as a Director at Silicon Valley Leadership Group and an active member of the SEMI Board of Industry Leaders. Previously, he held a number of management positions at the Wafer Inspection Group and the Semiconductor Business Organization. He also served at AT&T Microelectronics and as an AT&T assignee at SEMATECH. Mr. Bell joined the company as a senior engineer in applications development in 1994.

Ms. MaryBeth Wilkinson serves as the Executive Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer at the company since 2020. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of O-I Glass Inc. She served in several organization’s board of directors, executive team, and senior leaders and as a Chicago-based partner in an international law firm.
