Mr. Steven A. Cahillane has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Alphabet Holding Company Inc and its subsidiary, The Nature’s Bounty Co. Prior to this, Mr. Cahillane served as an Executive Vice President at The Coca-Cola Co from 2013 to 2014 and President of Coca-Cola Americas from January 2013 to February 2014. He also served as the President of various operating groups of Coca-Cola from 2007 to 2012.

Mr. Amit Banati has been the Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer of the company since July 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Banati worked as the President of Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Earlier, he held various roles in finance, general management and board roles at Kraft Foods, Cadbury Schweppes and Procter & Gamble. Prior to that, he served as the President of Pacific, for Cadbury Schweppes and Chairman of Cadbury Schweppes Australia. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cadbury Schweppes Asia Pacific. Currently, he serves as a Director of Fortune Brands Home Innovations.

Mr. John Min has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Regional General Counsel in Europe and Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. He joined the company in 2010 and served in a variety of different areas, including food safety and regulatory compliance, class action litigation defense, and recoveries.

Ms. Melissa A. Howell has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Rockford in 2014. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Executive Director of North American Human Resource at General Motors Company.

Ms. Charisse Hughes has been the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. She also serves as a Director of Crocs, Inc. Earlier, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Pandora Americas. She also held marketing and brand leadership roles with The Estee Lauder Companies, Avon Products, Inc. and Sara Lee Corporation. She joined the company in 2020 and served as the Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Brand and Advanced Analytics Officer.
