Mr. Liao Lin has been the Chairman and President of the bank since February 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the bank. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer of China Construction Bank. He joined China Construction Bank in 1989, and held many leadership roles including Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Branch, General Manager of Hubei Branch, Ningxia Branch, and Beijing Branch, and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Wang Jingwu has been the Chief Risk Officer, Director, and Senior Executive Vice President of the bank since September 2021. Prior to this, he served at Postal Bank of China in several leadership roles including Head of Shijiazhuang Central Sub-branch, Director of State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) Hebei Branch, Head of Hohhot Central Sub-branch, Director of SAFE Inner Mongolia Branch, Head of Guangzhou Branch, Director of SAFE Guangdong Branch, and Director-General of Financial Stability Bureau.

Mr. Guan Xueqing has been the Secretary of the bank since 2016. He joined the bank in 1984 and held various managerial roles within the bank including Head of Suining Branch, Deputy General Manager of Frankfurt Branch, Deputy Head of Sichuan Branch, and General Manager of Banking Department of Sichuan Branch, and Head of Hubei and Sichuan Branch. Previously he also served as the General Manager of the Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations Department of the bank.

Ms. Xiong Yan has been the Chief Business Officer of the bank since April 2020. She joined the bank in 1984 and since then she served in various roles within the bank including Deputy Director-General of Kunming Sub-bureau of the Internal Audit Bureau, Deputy General Manager of Yunnan Branch, Deputy Director-General of the Sub-bureau of the Internal Audit Bureau, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department and General Manager of the Institutional Banking Department of the Head Office.

Mr. Song Jianhua has been the Chief Business Officer of the bank since April 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Branch and General Manager of the Personal Banking Department of the Head Office of the bank. He joined ICBC in 1987.
