Mr. Braden R. Kelly has been the Chairman of the company since February 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Infospace from 2009 to 2010. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at ValueVision Media Inc from 2004 to 2007. Prior to this, he served as a General Partner of General Atlantic Partners from 2001 to 2003. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of NBC Internet Inc from 2000 to 2001; as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fingerhut Companies Inc from 1998 to 2000. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Business Development of General Electric Company from 1996 to 1998. Previously, Mr. Lansing served as an Executive Vice President or Chief Operating Officer of Prodigy in 1996; and served at McKinsey & Company Inc from 1986 to 1995.

Mr. Steve Weber has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of treasurer, tax and investor relations of the company from March 2021 to January 2023. From November 2010 to March 2021, he served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of the Company. Previously, he served as Senior Financial Analyst, Metris Companies from September 2001 to April 2003. From 1990 to 2001, he worked on various positions, Foodservice News.

Mr. Michael S. Leonard has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since November 2011.
