Mr. J. Michael Shepherd has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2024. He also serves as the Director of the company since August 2023.

Mr. John T. Greene has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President at Bioverativ. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Willis Group Holdings from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, he was the Chief Financial Officer at HSBC Holdings.

Ms. Shifra Kolsky has been the Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President, Assistant Controller in the company since 2015. Previously, she served as Director, Corporate Accounting and Reporting in the company. Prior to working for Discover, Kolsky was an Audit Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche from 2002 to 2008, Director of Finance for JCDS Las Vegas from 2001 to 2002, and an Audit Manager for Arthur Anderson from 1994 to 2001.

Mr. Jason Strle has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Executive Vice President and Group Chief Information Officer of its payments, virtual solutions, innovation and community banking business units at Wells Fargo.

Mr. Hope Mehlman has been the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and General Counsel of the company since January 2023. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Bank of the West and Corporate Secretary of BNP Paribas USA, Inc.
