Mr. Ronald H. Cooper is the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served Channel Outdoor Americas Inc as President and CEO. Earlier, he was principal at Tufts Consulting LLC. Earlier, he served as President and COO at Adelpia Communications. Prior, to this he held several executive positions at AT&T Broadband, RELERA Data centers and solutions, MediaOne, Continental Marketing, New England Cable Television Association and Outdoor Advertising Association of America.

Mr. Brian A Shepherd has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2021. He held several leadership roles at the company including Executive Vice President, Group President, Executive and Vice President of Global Broadband, Cable and Settlite business. Prior to this, he held a variety of roles with companies such as Amdocs, TeleTech, DST Innovis and McKinsey & Company

Mr. Tran has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Soc Telemed, BioScrip Inc, Harris Healthcare Solutions and Catalyst Health Solutions.

Ms. Lori Szwanek has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Orion Advisor Solutions.

Mr. Doran Stienike is the Chief Information Officer of the company. He has 20 years of IT management experience. Doran previously served as Chief Information Security Officer at CSG, where he set strategy and guided implementation of information security programs and solutions for CSG and its clients.
