Mr. Thomas J. Smach has been the Chairman of the company since June 2011. He has been a board member since 2005. He is the co-founding partner of Riverwood Capital Management. Mr. Smach served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2008 and as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Flextronics International from 2000 to 2004. He also served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of The Dii Group Inc from 1997 to 2000.

Mr. Andrew Rees has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of L.E.K. Consulting. Mr. Rees also served as a Consultant for Crocs from 2013 to 2014. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Retail Operations for Reebok International.

Ms Anne Mehlman has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zappos.com Inc from 2016 to 2018. Earlier, she served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Zappos.com Inc from 2011 to 2016. Ms. Mehlman served as a Director at Joann Inc. She held various financial roles at Corporate Express, Now Staples, and Lockheed Martin.

Ms. Shannon Sisler has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Management for Western Union. Earlier, Ms. Sisler served Human Resource leadership roles at Davita and Janus Capital.

Mr. Adam Michaels has been the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global e-Commerce. Earlier, Mr. Michaels served at Reebok and Cloud 9 Living. Previously, he has over 15 years of experience in e-Commerce.
