Mr. Jack Klinck has been the Chairperson of the Board since January 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Strategy and New Ventures at State Street Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Klinck served as the Vice Chairman and President of the Investment Manager Solutions Group at Mellon Financial Corporation.

Mr. Temsamani has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as a the Head of Global Partnership Banking and Financial Products at Stripe from November 2021 to December 2022,. and Head of Banking and Financial Products at Stripe in April 2019. Mr. Temsamani held various positions at Google from 2007 to April 2019 including President of Google’s Asia-Pacific division from 2012 through April 2019 and the Vice President, and Global Head of Mobile from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Alexis DeSieno has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Clear Secure, Inc. Previously he served at SoulCycle Inc and The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc and Bank of America.

Mr. Amit Gupta has been the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Bridg at the company since January 2023. Previously, he worked at Google in Geo from January 2018 to December 2021.Prior to this, Mr. Gupta served as the Chief Executive Officer of a series of startups from 2010 to 2017. He also served as the Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton in Tech practice from 2000 to 2010.

Mr. Peter Chan has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Product Management and Engineering at Amazon. He also served in various leadership roles for over 15-years with Yahoo.
