Mr. Gerald W. Deitchle has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. He served as the President of the company from February 2005 to December 2012 and and Chief Executive Officer from February 2005 to February 2013. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Fired Up, Inc., from April 2004 to January 2005. Earlier, he served as a member of the executive management team at The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated from 1995 to 2004. He also served as an Executive vice President of Long John Silver’s restaurants – Yum! Brands Inc. from 1984 to 1995.

Mr. Gregory S. Levin has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary from January 2018 to August 2021 of the company. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from December 2008 to December 2017 of the company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer from September 2005 to December 2007 of the company. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at California Pizza Kitchen. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of SB Restaurant Company, a privately held company that operated the Elephant Bar Restaurants.

Mr. Thomas A. Houdek has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Strategy & Financial Planning and Analysis from July 2019 to August 2021. Prior to this, he worked as the Director of strategy at KFC till June 2019. Earlier, he also worked as Director of Strategic Planning and Marketing Analysis at Taco Bell from June 2017 to January 2019 and Senior Manager of Strategic Planning. He also served as the Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at Yum! Brands from February 2014 to June 2015.

Mr. Brian Krakower has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since February 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for Restaurant Revolution Technologies from 2007 to 2012. Earlier, he worked as the Vice President of Information Technology with California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. He also served as the Senior Director of Information Technology-Corporate Systems for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated. Before that, he worked as the Senior Director for Information Systems & Technology of House of Blues Entertainment, Inc from 1997 to 2003.

Mr. Amy B. Krallman has been the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Mesa Airlines, Inc. from April 2022 to September 2022. He served as the Vice President for 7-Eleven, Inc from November 2019 to April 2022. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Destinations from March 2013 to January 2020, and Director of Human Resources for Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., from September 2011 to February 2013.
