Mr. Harris H. Simmons has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer at the group since 2002. He also serves as the Chairman of ZB, National Association, a Director at Dominion Midstream Partners, and O.C. Tanner Co. Prior to this, Mr. Simmons held several positions at Zions First National Bank including the President and the Chief Executive Officer. He also served as the President of the American Bankers Association.

Mr. Scott J. McLean has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the group since March 2014 and a Director since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Amegy Bank of Texas. Previously, Mr. McLean served at Texas Commerce Bank/JPMorgan Chase for 23 years. Earlier, he was the President of JPMorgan Chase in Houston from 1998 to 2001. Mr. McLean held several executive positions at Texas Commerce Bank from 1979 to 1997, including the Chairman of the bank in Greenway Plaza (1982-1985), the President in Dallas (1985-1993) and the Chairman in El Paso (1993-1997).

Mr. R. Ryan Richards has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2024. Previously, he was the Corporate Controller of the company. Mr. Richards also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Investor Relations at Truist Financial Corporation, and Corporate Controller at SunTrust Banks, Inc.

Ms. Margaret Mayer has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Consumer Banking Technology teams. Previously she served various leadership roles at Capital One over 22 years.

Mr. Keith D. Maio has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he was the Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Maio served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of National Bank of Arizona.
