Mr. Jim Ovia is a Co-Founder and has been the Chairman of Zenith Bank (Zenith) since 2014. He is also the Chairman and Founder at Visafone Communications Limited and Quantum Group and proprietor of James Hope College, Agbor, Delta State. He was honoured with the national award of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) in 2011 by Nigerian government.

Mr. Ebenezer N. Onyeagwu has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the bank since 2019 and 2013 respectively. Prior to this, he held various position in the bank, including a Senior Manager, in the Internal Control and Audit Group, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager. Before joining the Bank, he worked at Citizens International Bank Limited from 1991 to 2002.

Mr. Mukhtar Adam has been Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2017. Previously, he served as s Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the bank from September 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Head of Financial Reporting, Tax Management, and Strategic Planning Groups, and oversaw the entire Zenith Group’s financial reporting function. Earlier to that, he served in Financial Services Group of the Nigerian and Ghanaian practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant.

Mr. Felix Egbon is the Chief Risk Officer of Zenith Bank (Zenith). Mr. Egbon is the Deputy General Manager (DGM) and Group Head of Risk Management Group of the bank. Mr. Egbon joined the services of the bank in 2006. He served at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior of Auditing and Business Advisory Services; the United Bank for Africa Plc as the Principal Manager.
