Mr. Osamah Othman Al Furaih has been the Chairman of the Zain Group since April 2023. He is a Senior Investment Manager at Kuwait Investment Authority of the General Reserves fund. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries Company from 2018 until 2023. From 2018 to 2020, he served as a Board Member at Kuwait Airways. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) from 2014 to 2017, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Arab International Hotels Company from 2004 to 2011. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Touristic Enterprises Company, and served a board member at Arab African International Bank, Industrial Bank of Kuwait, the Syrian Arab Company for Hotels and Tourism, Kuwait United Poultry Company, and the Yemeni Kuwaiti Company for Real Estate Development.

Mr. Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2017. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director of Al-Khatem Telecommunications Company, at Zain's JSC in Iraq. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Sudanese Mobile Telephone Co. at Zain Sudan. He also served as the Vice Chairman of the board of Zain KSA. He holds office as Chairman, Vice President, Managing Director and Board member in several businesses that form part of the Kharafi conglomerate. Mr. Al-Kharafi serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Boursa Kuwait; Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Kuwait based Gulf Cables & Electrical Industries KSC and a Board member of Refreshment Trading Company (Coca-Cola). He also serves as a Board member of Gulf Bank Kuwait and a Board member of Foulath Holding B.S.C. (Bahrain Steel BSCC). In 2010, Mr. Al-Kharafi was appointed Vice Chairman of Diamond International Motors Company (Mitsubishi), Egypt.

Mr. Osama Matta has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as Finance Officer of Middle East and the Chief Financial Officer of Zain Kuwait. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Lebanon operation from 2004 to 2007.

Mr. Kamil Hilali has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Finance and Business Planning Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Investment Manager of North Africa Holding Company. He also served as the Manager for the Asset Management Department at JPMorgan Chase & Co in the USA.

Mr. Mohammad Abdal has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Investor Relations department of the company. Currently, he serves on the regional Board of the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA), and Chairman of the MEIRA chapter in Kuwait. He also serves as the member of the globally recognized National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
