Mr. Liansheng Miao is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Yingli Solar. Prior to founding the company, he served as the Chairman of Yingli Group, served as the Executive Director of the Photovoltaic Committee of the China Renewable Energies Association, Vice Chairman of the China Rural Area Electricity Supply Association and the China Cells Industry Association, Director of the Hebei New and High Technology Industry Association and New Energy Chamber of Commerce of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Miao is an Economist by profession, and has work experience with various companies.

Mr. Yiyu Wang has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Yingli Solar since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategic Officer of the company from 2006 to 2013. Previously, Mr. Wang served as the Senior Audit Manager and Audit Manager at the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and worked at PicewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia from 2003 to 2004.

Mr. Dengyuan Song has been the Chief Technology Officer of Yingli Solar since 2009. He oversees the development of state-of-the-art and cost-competitive PV products as an integral part of the company's overall business strategies. Previously, Mr. Song served as a professor at Hebei University in China.
