Mr. Zhong Sheng Jian has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2006. He also serves as a Council Member for several Singapore-China investment and trade committees such as Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council, Singapore-Sichuan Trade and Investment Committee, China-Singapore Business Council, Singapore-Guangdong Collaboration Council and Singapore- Tianjin Economic & Trade Council. He serves as a Director of Business China; the Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Vice Chairman of the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and a Director of Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall Company Ltd.

Mr. Zhong Ming has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since April 2023. He also serves as a Director of SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd and Ren Ci Hospital.

Mr. Zhang Hao Ning has been the Executive Vice-President of the company since 2012. He held various roles at the company, including the General Manager of Nanjing operations from 2005 to 2012, an Assistant General Manager of Nanjing operations from 2000 and 2005, and the Manager of Nanjing operations from 1994 to 2000. Earlier, he served as a Cost Engineer at Nanjing and Hong Kong Changjiang Pte. Ltd from 1990 to 1994.

Ms. Sze Ka Ping has been the Head of Investor Relations at the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Investor Relations and General Manager of Shui On Land Ltd from 2010 to 2020. Earlier, she was the Head of Investor Relations and Assistant to Chief Executive Officer at the company from 2006 to 2009. Ms. Ping served as the Director of CBRE Limited in the valuation and advisory department from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Jim Chan Chi Wai has been the Financial Controller of the company since 2003. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Controller of Komark Hong Kong Co., Ltd. He also served as a Senior Accountant at Cathay International Limited from 1997 to 2003, and a Senior Audit Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1993 to 1997.
