Ms. Julie Iskow has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2023, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2022 of the company. Previously, she worked as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development at Medidata Solutions, Inc. She also served as the Senior Vice President of Global Product Development at Medidata from 2015 to 2016, and Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at WageWorks Inc from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, Ms. Iskow served as the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Product Development at WageWorks, Inc. She also served as the Vice President of Engineering at GW Associates, Inc and Asyst Technologies.

Ms. Jill Klindt has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2023. Previously, she served in various roles at the company including Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer from 2017 to 2021; as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President from 2014 to 2017 of the company, and Senior Director of Finance and Accounting of Workiva LLC from 2008 to 2014. Prior to this, she served as the Financial Analysis Manager at Financial Intelligence LLC; Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo Financial; as Senior Financial Analyst at CitiMortgage; and a Financial Accounting Analyst at Principal Residential Mortgage. She joined the company in 2008.

Ms. Kim Huffman serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she held several technical leadership roles at pre IPO and public tech companies including SAP, Adobe, Health Equity and Elastic. Previously, she served as the Chief Information Officer of Navan.

Mr. David Haila has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Product at the company. Previously, he held various positions including Lead Architect, Senior Director of Product management and Director of Operations at XBRL. Mr. Haila also worked with IBM and Zirous. He joined the company as a Senior Software Engineer in 2009.

Mr. Yasser Mahmud has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Industry Strategy at Oracle. Previously, he worked with Primavera Systems, Infor, Manhattan Associates, and Motorola. He joined the company in 2017.
