Mr. Aneel Bhusri has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Chairman of the company from 2012 to 2014. He served as Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2014 and as the President of the company from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Bhusri held various leadership positions at PeopleSoft Inc from 1993 to 2004, including Vice Chairman of the board. He served as a Director at various organizations including Intel Corporation from 2014 to 2019 and Pure Storage Inc from 2010 to 2018.

Ms. Robynne D. Sisco has been the Vice Chairman of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Co-President of the company; as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at the company. Previously, she held various leadership roles at VMware, VeriSign, Oracle and She held various finance roles at General Electric, and Ford and Visa Inc. He joined the company in 2012.

Mr. Carl M. Eschenbach has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. He also serves as a Director of the company since February 2018. He also served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a General Partner at Sequoia Capital from 2016 to 2022. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at Vmware including as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2016. Earlier, he held various sales management positions at Inktomi Corporation, 3Com Corporation, Lucent Technologies Inc, and EMC Corporation. Mr. Eschenbach served as a Director of Aurora Innovation Inc from 2021 to 2023; UiPath Inc from 2020 to 2023; and Zoom Video Communications Inc from 2016 to 2023.

Mr. Zane Rowe has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of VMware. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer roles at EMC, United Airlines, and led North America sales for Apple.

Mr. James J. Bozzini has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2017. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Customer Operations from 2015 to 2017 and as Senior Vice President of Services at the company from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer ay Evolve Software Inc. Mr. Bozzini held various senior management positions including Senior Vice President of Services at PeopleSoft. He joined the company in 2007.
