Mr. Douglas C.K. Woo has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2014. He also serves as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wheelock Properties Ltd (WPL). He also serves as a Director and Member of executive committee of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong (REDA); and Chairman of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate and Infrastructure Committee. Mr. Woo also serves as a Member of the All-China Youth Federation and the Beijing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. Stewart C.K. Leung has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2012. He also serves as the Chairman of Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Ltd (WPHK) and WPL. Previously, he served as a Director of New World China Land Ltd and New World Development Co Ltd. Mr. Leung also serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of REDA.

Mr. Paul Y. C. Tsui has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the WHL. Mr. Tsui also serves as a Director and the Vice Chairman of WPL and a director at JBHL. He also serves as a Member of the General Committee of the EFHK and chairman of the EFHK’s Property and Construction functional Group.

Mr. Stephen T.H. Ng has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 1995. He also serves as the Managing Director and Chairman of Wharf Real Estate Investment Co Ltd and The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd (WHL). Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of i-CABLE Communications Ltd. He also served as a Director of Hotel Properties Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman of Harbour Centre Development Ltd, Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Ltd and Joyce Boutique Holdings Ltd.
