Ms. Melissa D. Smith has been the Chairperson since September 2019, the Chief Executive Officer since January 2014, and the President since May 2013 at WEX. Prior to this, she served as the President, The Americas, from April 2011 to April 2013 and as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President, for the Finance and Operations division from November 2007 to April 2011. Previously, Ms. Smith served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from September 2001 through November 2007.

Mr. Jagtar Narula has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from 2020 to 2022 at 3D Systems Inc. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Blackbaud Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Narula had finance leadership positions of increasing responsibility for Xerox and General Electric.

Ms. Jennifer Kimball has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2022. She also serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since August 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance of the company between April 2019 and August 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Syneos Health Inc from August 2017 to March 2019. Formerly, she worked with Thermo Fisher Scientific, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and The Timberland Company.

Mr. Jay Dearborn has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Sachin Dhawan has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Technology Officer of Stitch Fix and Blackhawk Network and Senior Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at Visa.
