Mr. Henry H. Ketcham has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President until 2012 and the Chief Executive Officer until 2013. Mr. Ketchan also served as a Director of The Toronto-Dominion Bank and the Chairman of the B.C. Business Council.

Mr. Sean McLaren has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Previously he served as General Manager of the Williams Lake Sawmill. Prior to this, Mr. McLaren served as the President of the Solid Wood company.

Mr. Christopher A. Virostek has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice-President of Finance of the company. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Masonite International Corporation, leading its acquisition and divestiture activities in North America, South America, Europe and Africa and earlier was Vice President, Finance.
