Mr. C. Douglas McMillon has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since February 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Executive Officer for Walmart International from 2009 to 2014 and the Executive Vice President, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sam’s Club from 2005 to 2009. Mr. McMillon served in various positions across all the business segments at Walmart for over 30 years. He also serves as a Director in various organizations including the Consumer Goods Forum, the US-China Business Council, and the Business Roundtable.

Mr. John David Rainey has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Currently, he also serves as a Director of PhonePe. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Customer Operations of Paypal Holdings, Inc from 2015 to 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of United Airlines. Mr. Rainey spent a combined 18 years between United and Continental Airlines. He started his career at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Suresh Kumar has been the Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Display, video, app ads and analytics at Google LLC from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Kumar served as the Corporate Vice President of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations for Microsoft. He also served as the Vice President of technology for Retail Systems and Operations of Amazon. Earlier, he worked with IBM.

Ms. Rachel Brand has been the Executive Vice President of Global Governance, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Associate Attorney General in the United States Department of Justice from 2017 to 2018. Previously, she served as the Chief Counsel of Regulatory Litigation and Vice President at the US Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center.

Ms. Allyson Park is the Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Yum! Brands, Inc. She also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Yum! Brands Foundation. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Mars Wrigley. Ms. Park also worked as the Vice President of External Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company.
