VTech Holdings Ltd: Executives

Mr. Allan Wong Chi Yun serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He co-founded the company in 1976. Mr. Wong also serves as the Deputy Chairman and Director at The Bank of East Asia and as Director at China- Hong kong Photo Products Holdings Limited.

Mr. Pang King Fai serves as Director and the President of the company. He has been the President of the company since 2009. Mr. Pang joined VTech as the Group Chief Technology Officer in 2004. He has over 20 years of experience in design engineering for consumer electronics products.

Mr. Andy Leung Hon Kwong has been Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Contract Manufacturing Services of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the company. Mr. Leung has over 20 years of experience in the electronics and manufacturing industry. Mr. Leung joined VTech in 1988.

Ms. Shereen Tong Ka Hung serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. She has been working at the company since 1994.

Mr. Chu Chorng Yeong serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to joining VTech, Mr. Chu served as the Vice President at SiS and ESS Technology. He served at Silicon Valley for 20 years specializing in integrated circuit and software developments for the Consumer Electronics Industry. He joined the company in 2009.
