Mr. Peter Huddle has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since February 2023. Prior to this he served an Acting Chief Executive Officer at the company from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Huddle also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and the Senior Executive Vice President and Co-Country Head of the USA.

Previously, he served as the Head of Strategy and Corporate Transactions at CFSGAM Property. Mr. Chye has more than 20 years of expertise in strategy, corporate finance, and accounting roles. He also serves as a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Jeheon Son has been the Director of Development and Government at the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Development NSW at Lendlease, and the Head of Commercial Development new business at Mirvac. Mr. Son has more than 20 years of expertise in , project management, business unit leadership, capital partnering, government relations, development, construction delivery, acquisitions, and design management.

Ms. Kirrily Lord Has been the Director of Customer and Asset Management at the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Property Management at company. Ms. Lord has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry. She held senior roles in various sectors at Stockland, Westfield, AMP and Myer.

Mr. Matt Parker has been the Director of Leasing at the company since 2021. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Joint General Manager at Uniqlo Australia. Mr. Parker held senior positions within the Leasing Team at Queensland Investment Corporation, including the General Manager of Leasing, Regional Leasing Manager, and the Manager of Project Leasing.
