Mr. Anders Runevad has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he also served as a member of the board since 2020. Previously, he served as the Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Vesta’s from 2013 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the President of West & Central Europe region, Ericsson from 2010 to 2013. He also served various roles including President, Vice President and Product Manager in Ericsson from 1989 to 2010.

Mr. Henrik Andersen has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Vestas since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Hempel A/S from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Andersen also served as the Chief Operating Officer of EMEA, ISS A/S from 2013 to 2015; Chief Financial Officer of ISS A/S from 2011 to 2013, and its Country Manager from 2009 to 2011 and held various within the group between 2000 and 2009. In addition, he was the Director Corporate of Clients at Jyske Markets within Jyske Bank A/S from 1995 to 2000 and held various positions at Jyske Bank A/S and Sparekassen SDS between 1986 and 1995. Currently, he also serves as the Director of H. Lundbeck A/S.

Mr. Hans Martin Smith has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Previously, he was a Chief Financial Officer of Vestas Northern and Central Europe from 2017 to 2022. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Group Treasury and Investor Relations at the company from 2016 to 2017. Preceding this, he also held the position of Senior Vice President of Investor Relations from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Smith also held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretariat & Strategy from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, he held various positions such as Director, Management Consultant at the company and Ramboll Management.

Mr. Tommy Rahbek Nielsen has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for Assembly, Generators & Towers from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Group Senior Vice President for Supply Chain Planning from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the Senior Vice President for Group Forecasting and Planning from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Anders Nielsen has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Traton Group from 2016 to 2019. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer Man Truck & Bus AG from 2012 to 2015. Mr. Nielsen held various executive roles at Scania group including Chief Technical Officer Scania LatAm, Senior Vice President Chassi & Cab Production and Executive Vice President of Production and Logistics.
