Vertiv Holdings Co (Vertiv) is a provider of digital infrastructure technology that designs, manufactures and services critical digital infrastructure for data centers and communication networks. The company’s product portfolio comprises DC power systems, industrial AC and DC systems, static transfer switches and solar power. It also provides thermal management such as liquid cooling solutions enclosure cooling, heat rejection, room cooling, in-row cooling, rack cooling and evaporative-free cooling. Vertiv carries out digital infrastructure solutions, embedded device management, serial consoles, IP KVM switches and LCD tray. The company offers services such as spare parts and parts management, preventive maintenance, performance optimization services, remote services and generator and switchgear services. It has operations across the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Vertiv is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, the US.
