Mr. Bennett S. LeBow has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1990 to 2005. Mr. LeBow served as the Chairman at Signal Genetics Inc from 2010 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman at New Valley Corporation from 1994 to 2005.

Mr. Howard M. Lorber has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2006. He also served as a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2001 to 2005. Earlier, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hallman & Lorber Assoc. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. 2001 to 2006, and Vice Chairman from 2006 to 2020. Mr. Lorber also serves as the Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer at Douglas Elliman Inc.

Mr. Richard J. Lampen has been the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services from 2006 to 2020. Mr. Lampen also served as the Chairman of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services from 2018 to 2020. Earlier, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Castle Brands Inc from 2008 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of New Valley from 1995 to 2005.

Mr. J. Bryant Kirkland III has been the Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. He also served as the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the company in 2006. Mr. Kirkland served as the Vice President of the company from 2001 to 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, and the Chief Financial Officer at New Valley Corp from 1998 to 2005. Earlier, he worked as the Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer at Multi Soft II, Inc. and Multi Solutions II, Inc. in 2012. He also serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at Douglas Elliman.

Mr. David Ballard has been the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Efficiency, and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Ballard, worked as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Docupace Technologies from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer at Cetera Financial Group from 2015 to 2018. He also held various roles in Executive and managerial roles at several companies including AIG Advisor Group, SunAmerica Mutual Funds and AIG Retirement Services.
