Mr. Joseph W. Gorder has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Valero. Mr. Gorder also served as the Chief Commercial Officer and President at Valero Europe, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Supply and Senior Vice President - Strategic Planning and Corporate Development. Prior to joining Valero, he was the Vice President for Business Development at Ultramar Diamond Shamrock, Assistant Treasurer and a Director at Commercial and Industrial Sales.

Mr. Lane Riggs has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Valero. Mr. Riggs also served as the Senior Vice President of Refining Operations at the company from 2011 to 2014. He began his career at Valero as a Process Engineer at the McKee Refinery and subsequently held management positions including General Manager of Process Engineering, Director of Supply and Optimization, Vice President of Refinery Planning and Economics, and Senior Vice President of Crude, Feedstock Supply and Trading before serving as the Senior Vice President of Refining Operations.

Mr. Jason W. Fraser has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the company from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Fraser also served as the President of European Commercial Operations and Vice President of Specialty Products Marketing of the company.

Mr. Gary K. Simmons has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Office of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Mr. Simmons also served as the Senior Vice President of Supply, International Operations and Systems Optimization at Valero. He held various leadership positions including Process Engineer at the Ardmore refinery, Executive Director of Regional Development, Vice President and General Manager at the Ardmore refinery, Vice President and General Manager at the St. Charles refinery, and Vice President of Planning and Economics.

Ms. Julia Rendon Reinhart has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2019. Prior to this, she was the Vice President for Human Resources and Administration of the company. Ms. Reinhart also served as the Vice President for Human Resources Administration & Refinery Operations, Vice President of Corporate Communications, Executive Director of Corporate Communications and Managing Counsel for Labor of Valero; and Partner at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP.
