Mr. Marcelo Chara serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive President of Ternium Brasil from 2017 to 2023. He served as a Director of Instituto Aço Brasil, Alacero and Vice President of the board of ABM. Mr. Chara also served as the Industrial Director at Ternium in Argentina, Industrial Vice President at Usiminas, Director at Sidor (Venezuela), among other executive positions at Grupo Techint.

Mr. Thiago da Fonseca Rodrigues has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he worked at Ternium and Vale. He was a Director of the Brazilian Foreign Trade Association (AEB).

Mr. Alberto Akikazu Ono is the President of the company. Previously, he worked with CBMM, Votorantim Industrial, Acos Villares SA, and Votorantim Siderurgia. He joined the company in 2009 in the position of Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance and Director of Planning and Control.

Mr. Toshihiro Miyakoshi has been the Vice President of Technology and Quality at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held several positions in the Ternium Techint group in countries such as Venezuela, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia.

Mr. Americo Ferreira Neto serves as the Vice President of Industrial at the company. Prior to this, he held various position at the company including Executive Director of Usina de Cubatao and Ipatinga Power Plant.
