Mr. James M. Zortman has been the Chairman of the company since 1972. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group; Chairman of San Diego Regional Economic Development Corp and San Diego Strategic Roundtable; and Member of Strategic Advisory Board at Airbus US Space and Defense. Earlier, he served at Northrop Grumman Aerospace as Senior Vice President of Global Logistics and Operational Support and Strategic Program Operations.

Mr. Wayne Peacock has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since February 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of USAA Capital Corporation, and as Vice Chairman of USAA Federal Savings Bank. Previously, he served in various senior positions at the company including as President of Property and Casualty Insurance Group, Executive Vice President for Enterprise Strategy and Marketing, Executive Vice President for Member Experience, Executive Vice President for Enterprise Business Operations and Technology, and as Executive Vice President for Corporate Real Estate.

Mr. Jeff Wallace has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as an Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Consumer Banking and Global Wealth and Investment Management business at Bank of America.

Mr. Brad Weber has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2021. Previously he held a variety of finance leadership positions at Bank of America. Earlier, he served at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Bob Johnson has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as General Counsel for Corporate, Commercial, and Legal Shared Services at Truist Financial Corporation. Previously, he served as General Counsel at BB&T.
