Mr. Bernard Zonneveld has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He also works as a Partner of Capitalmind. He served as the Head of ING Eurasia at ING Bank’s Commercial banking division in Amsterdam from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Zonneveld served as the Managing Director and the Head of structured metals & energy finance at ING Bank’s Commercial banking division in Amsterdam. Mr. Zonneveld served as the Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Commodities Group, Structured Commodity Finance and Product Development and Structured Commodity & Export Finance at ING Group. He served as a Director of Vimetco NV from 2007 to 2013.

Mr. Alexander Popov has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at En+ Group, Kolmar coal company, NIAEP-ASE and Freight Links from 2007 to 2017. He served as the Head of US GAAP consolidated corporate reporting at PJSC LUKOIL from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Popov served as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1994 to 2000.

Mr. Roman Andryushin has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Sales and Marketing Director of company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Director of sales in Russia and the CIS from 2014 to 2018, and the Head of Sales and Marketing department from 2018 to 2021.
