Mr. Chih-Hsien Lo is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves the Chairman at various organisations including President Chain Store Corp, Ton Yi Industrial Corp, TTET Union Corp, Prince Housing & Development Corp and ScinoPharm Taiwan, Ltd. He serves as a Director at Tait Marketing & Distribution Co., Ltd. Mr. Chih also serves as the Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of Uni-President Enterprises Corporation.

Mr. Liu Xinhua has been the Director and President of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the Marketing Planning Office and Convener of Strategic Marketing Committee of Uni-President China Investments. He also served as the General Manager of the Food Business Department Division of Uni-President China Investments. Prior to that, he served as the Sales General Manager for the Sichuan province of Chengdu President Enterprises Food Co., Ltd.
