Mr. Bulent Aksu has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Treasury and Finance from 2018 to 2021. Mr. Aksu served as Turkey Governor at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the African Development Bank (AfDB); Turkey Deputy Governor at the World Bank 147 (WB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB); as Executive Director of Turkey at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Board Member of Turk Telekomunikasyon A.S. from 2018 to 2019. Earlier, he served the Chief Financial Officer of Azerbaijani National Oil and Gas Company’s (SOCAR) subsidiaries Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.S. and STAR Rafineri A.S from 2012 and 2016. Mrx. Aksu also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Akfel Group from 2008 to 2012. Earlier, he served as the Manager-Finance and Group Finance Director from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Murat Erkan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Sales of the company from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Officer of Cisco Systems. Earlier, Mr. Erkan also served as the General Manager from 2008 to 2015 and as the Executive Vice President of Sales from 2015 to 2019 of Turkcell Superonline. He served as the Business Unit Manager at Aneltech.

Mr. Izzet Serhat Demir has been the Executive Vice President of Legal and Regulation of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources from 2020 to 2021 and as the Chairman of Ethics Committee, Compliance Committee and Personal Data Steering Committee. Previously, he served as the Director of Calik Holding Legal Affairs from 2009 to 2015 and the member of Board of Directors of telecom and finance fields in Turkey and abroad. He served as the Yildiz Holding Legal Consultancy Department from 2003 to 2007 and the served as the Legal Counsel at Calik Holding A.S. Mr. Demir has also worked as the Dun & Bradstreet Turkey office Directors at holding level.

Mr. Senol Kazanci has been the Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of TVNET from 2007 to 2011 and as the Chief Advisor of the Prime Minister from 2011 to 2014 Previously, he served as the Chief Advisor of the President. He also served as the Chairman and General Manager of Anadolu Agency from 2014 to 2021.
