Mr. Rex D. Geveden has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at BWX Technologies Inc since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at BWX Technologies Inc from October 2016 to December 2016. He also served as Executive Vice President at Teledyne Technologies Inc and President of Teledyne DALSA Inc. Mr. Geveden served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne Scientific and Imaging LLC from 2011 to 2013 and as the President of Teledyne’s Engineered Systems Segment and Teledyne Brown Engineering Inc from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Thomas T. Edman has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. He also has been the President of the company since 2013 and Director of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of the AKT Display Business Group from 2011 to 2012. He also served as the Corporate Vice President of Corporate Business Development division of Applied Materials Inc from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Edman also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Films Corp from 1998 to 2006. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Applied Films Corp from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Edman served as General Manager of the High-Performance Materials Division of Marubeni Specialty Chemicals, Inc.

Mr. Daniel L. Boehle has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Aerojet from August 2017 to July 2020. Earlier, he held various leadership roles across corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis at Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Mr. Philip Titterton has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of the Aerospace & Defense/Specialty Business Unit and Vice President of Operations for the company’s North America Business. He also held various leadership positions including Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Tyco Electronics Printed Circuit Group.

Mr. Shawn Powers has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of the company from 2014 to 2021. Previously, he also served as the Vice President of Human Resource for North America Business Unit of the company. Mr. Powers served as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Kleinfelder from 2012 to 2014. Earlier, he served as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at IMI plc from 2006 to 2012.
