Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont has been the Chairman of the company since June 2019. Previously, he also served as the Director of Telecom Holding Co Ltd from 1993 to 2018. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of True Move H Universal Communication Co Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of True Visions Group Co Ltd. Mr. Chearavanont serves as a Director for various subsidiaries including True Move H Universal Communication Co Ltd, True Incube Co Ltd, Satellite Service Co Ltd, Panther Entertainment Co Ltd, True Music Co Ltd, TRUE4U Station Co Ltd, Cineplex Co Ltd, True Media Solutions Co Ltd, True Internet Technology (Shanghai) Company Limited and K.I.N. (Thailand) Co Ltd.

Mr. Arnstein Sletmoe serves as Vice Chairman of the company from February 2024. He also serves as Chairman of Telenor Procurement Holding AS, Chairman of Telenor Asia Holding AS from 2023. Presently, he also serves as Chairman of Einstein Invest AS. From 2020, he serves as Chairman Telenor Mobile Communications AS and Senior Vice President & Head of M&A, Telenor, Oslo, Norway. From 2015 to 2019, he served as Vice President M&A, Telenor. From 2012 to 2015, he served as working Chairman BoD and owner, Fysiopartner. He also served as Senior Vice President, Head of Finance (and acting Head) Hydro Extruded Products from 2012 to 2013. From 2009 to 2012, he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Hydro. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions Hydro from 2006 to 2008. From 2005 to 2006, he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Business Unit Hydro Precision Tubing. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Hydro Aluminium Automotive from 2002 to 2005.

Mr. Manat Manavutiveth has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from February 2021 to February 203. Previously, he held various positions of the company including Senior Group Managing Director and Regional Management of BMA II & East from November 2019 to February 2021; Managing Director of Eastern Regional areas from November 2018 to November 2019; Managing Director Eastern Regional areas from 2018 to 2019; Managing Director of Central & Eastern Regional areas from November 2017 to November 2018. Currently, he serves as the President of True Move H Universal Communication Co Ltd since July 2021; and Director of True Multimedia Co Ltd since 2013.

Mr. Prathet Tankuranun has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Total Access Communication PLC from 2015 to 2023. Currently, he serves as a Director at dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. since 2015.

Mr. Tanaphon Manavutiveth has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since March 2023. Presently, he serves as the Director at True Internet Corp Co Ltd since September 2022, and Chief Commercial Officer at True Move H Universal Communication Co Ltd since July 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including Co-Group Chief Commercial Officer from July 2022 to February 2023; and Chief Customer Relationship Management Officer from September 2021 to June 2022. Previously, he also served as the General Manager of True Digital Group Company Limited from July 2019 to May 2021, and Head of True You Privilege from August 2018 to June 2019 at True Digital Group Co Ltd.
