Mr. James E. Cline has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2015 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 to 2015 and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2013. He also served as the President of Harsco GasServ, a division of Harsco Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Cline served as the Vice President and Controller of Harsco GasServ from 1994 to 2005. He also served various roles at Huffy Corporation from 1976 to 1994, including Director of Finance of its True Temper Hardware subsidiary.

Mr. Bryan H Fairbanks has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2018 to 2020. He served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer f the company from 2015 to 2018 and the Senior Director of Supply Chain from 2006 to 2015. Mr. Fairbanks served as an Executive Director of International Business Development of the company from 2012 to 2015 and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the company from 2004 to 2006. From 1994 to 2004, he served in various senior finance roles with the Ford Motor Company.

Ms. Brenda Lovcik has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer, Global Products, Global Supply Chain and Global FP&A at Johnson Controls, Inc. Previously she served multiple senior financial roles at Medtronic, Inc.

Mr. William R. Gupp has been the Senior Vice President, the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, Vice President, and Secretary of the company. He also served as Senior Counsel and Director-Corporate Development of Harsco Corporation.
