Mr. Akio Toyoda has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2009 to 2023; Executive Vice President and Director for IT & ITS, quality, product management, purchasing, Japan and overseas sales, and overseas operations from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Toyoda also served as the Chief Officer of the China Operations Group and the Asia, Oceania & Middle East Operations Group in 2005; Senior Managing Officer in 2003; Managing Director from 2002 to 2003; Chief Officer of the Asia & China Operations Center from 2001 to 2002 and served as the Member of the Board from 2000. Currently, he also served as the Chairman of Toyota Fudosan, Chairman of the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc., Director of Denso Corporation, Director of Rookie Racing and Chairman of Toyota Gazoo.

Mr. Shigeru Hayakawa has been the Chief Privacy Officer of the company since June 2021 and Vice Chairman since 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021; Chief Officer of Olympic & Paralympic Division in November 2015; and Chief Officer of BR Olympic & Paralympic Department in September 2015. Mr. Hayakawa also worked as the Director and Chief Communications Officer from 2015 to 2017; Chief Officer of the External Affairs & Public Affairs Group in April 2013 to June 2015; Senior Managing Officer from April 2012 to April 2013; Deputy Chief Officer of the External Affairs Group in June 2011; Chief Officer of the Public Affairs Division in April 2011; and President of Toyota Motor North America, Inc in September 2007; Managing Officer from June 2007 to September 2007; General Manager of the Public Affairs Division from June 2005 to June 2007.

Mr. Koji Sato has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Branding Officer of the company from January 2021 to March 2023; President of Lexus International Co., President of GAZOO Racing Company from 2020 to 2023; Executive Vice President of Lexus International Co from 2019 to 2020; Supervisor of Development Division at Lexus International from April 2017 to Jan 2019. Mr. Sato has been the Executive General Manager from 2017 to 2019; Chief Engineer at ZL and Lexus LC Development Leader at Lexus International Co.; Manager at GA-L platform and Lexus LC Concept Planner in Lexus Product Development Division from June 2012 to Jan 2016. He also served as the Concept Planner and General Manager of Development at Lexus GS from 2006 to 2012; Head of North American Camry product development and other positions of the company from 1992.

Mr. Kenta Kon has been Director, Executive Vice President, and Operating Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as Operating Officer and Director since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Advanced R&D and Engineering Company and Chief Financial Officer since 2020. Previously, Mr. Kon served as the Managing Officer, Deputy Chief Officer of General Administration and Human Resources Group, and Deputy Chief Officer of Accounting Group of the company. In addition, he served as General Manager of Accounting Division in the company. Currently, he is also part of the Board of Directors of Hino Motors, Ltd. He joined Toyota in 1991.

Mr. Yoichi Miyazaki has been the Chief Financial Officer, Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2023 and Chief Competitive Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Region, President of Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. and Chairman of P.T. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. Mr. Miyazaki also served as the Chief Executive Officer of East Asia & Oceania Region; Supervisor in Business Planning Division, Sales & Operation Planning Division and KD Business Planning Support Division, and General Manager and Managing Officer of the company.
