Mr. Samir Mehta has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of Torrent from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Mehta is associated with the company since 1986 as Director; and since 1989 as Managing Director. He also serves on the boards of other companies, including, Torrent Power Ltd., Torrent Private Ltd, Torrent Energy Ltd. and Diamond Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Sudhir Menon has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served various roles in the company and was responsible for functions of financial reporting, corporate finance, investors' relationship, direct taxation, insurance and others. Mr. Menon played a key role in the establishment of financial reporting structure for overseas subsidiaries marketing in the company. Mr. Menon joined the company in 2006.
