Mr. Alec C Covington has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Currently he serves as the Managing Director at Haynes Park Capital, LLC. Prior to this Mr. Covington served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Nash-Finch Company, and Tree of Life, Inc. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer at AmeriCold Logistics, LLC, President at Richfood Inc. and Executive Vice President at Supervalu Inc.

Mr. Robert Buck has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and the President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at the company in 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Group Vice President, and Executive Vice President at Masco Corporation.

Mr. Robert Kuhns has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022, and he also serves as Vice President and Controller of the company since 2018. Previously, he was the Senior Director and Assistant Controller at Mohawk Industries. At Mohawk, Rob held a number of positions including Senior Director of International Finance and Division Controller. Prior to that, Mr. Kuhns served as the Director of International Treasury and as a Division Controller at NCH Corporation.

Mr. Joey Viselli has been the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Distribution International from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Viselli also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Silvercote from 2019 to 2022.

Mr. Sridhar Pullareddy serves as the Chief Information officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Information Technology and Project Management Office of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Pullareddy served in a number of positions over this time including Order to Cash Lead, Sales Commissions Functional Lead, Deployment Manager, Applications Director, and Senior Director of Project Management Office. Mr. Pullareddy also served at GE Healthcare, GE Industrial Systems, Oracle, NSK Motion and Control, and FAG Bearings. He joined the company in 2007.
