Mr. Inigo U. Zobel has been the Chairman of the company since 2008. Presently, he serves as the Chairman and President of E. Zobel, Inc, IZ Investment Holdings, Inc and Zygnet Prime Holdings Inc since 1983, 2013 and 2015 respectively; Director of San Miguel Corporation since 2009, Vice Chairman and President of Manila North Harbour Port, Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Manila North Harbour Port, Inc from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Zobel served as the Director of several companies including E. Zobel Foundation Inc, Calatagan Golf Club Inc, Calatagan Bay Realty Inc, Hacienda Bigaa Inc, MERMAC Inc, among others. Prior to this, he served as the Director of San Miguel Corporation from 1999 to 2009; San Miguel Brewery Inc from 2007 to 2010; San Miguel Pure Foods Company Inc, from 2006 to 2009; San Miguel Properties Inc from 2009 to 2010, and Ginebra San Miguel Inc from 2004 to 2010. Previously, he also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Air Philippines Corporation from 2012 to 2014, and Director of PAL Holdings Inc and Philippine Airlines Inc from 2012 to 2014.

Mr. Ramon S Ang has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2013. Presently, he also serves as the Vice Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer of San Miguel Corporation since 2002. He served as the Chairman for several companies including San Miguel Brewery Inc since 2007; Sea Refinery Corporation; SMC Global Power Holdings Corp, San Miguel Foods Inc, San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation, Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corporation, Clariden Holdings Inc and Manila North Harbour Port Inc. Previously, he also served as the Vice Chairman and Director at Ginebra San Miguel Inc and San Miguel Pure Foods Company Inc. Mr. Ang also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Petron Corporation and Integrated Geo Solutions, Inc; President of Northern Cement Corporation; Chairman and President of San Miguel Properties, Inc; Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Far East Cement Corporation; Chairman and President of San Miguel Holdings Corp and San Miguel Equity Investments Inc and Chairman of Philippine Diamond Hotel and Resort, Inc. He served as the Director of Master Year Limited since 2012 and the Chairman of Privado Holdings, Corp since 2010. Previously, Mr. Ang served as the Chairman of Liberty Telecoms Holdings Inc. from 2008 to 2016; President and Chief Operating Officer of PAL Holdings, Inc from 2012 to 2014 and Philippine Airlines, Inc. from 2012 to 2014; Vice Chairman and Director of Manila Electric Company from 2009 to 2014; and Director of Air Philippines Corporation from 2012 to 2014.

Ms. Bella O. Navarra has been the Chief Finance Officer of the company since 2013. Presently, she serves as the Vice President of San Miguel Corporation, and a Director and the Treasurer of Clariden Holdings, Inc and various subsidiaries of San Miguel Corporation. Ms. Navarra also serves as a Director of San Miguel Holdings Corp, SMC Stock Transfer Service Corporation and San Miguel Equity Investments Inc.

Mr. Consuelo M. Ynares Santiago has been the Director of the company since 2013. She serves as Director of SMC Global Power Holdings Corp since 2011; Anchor Insurance Brokerage Corporation since 2012; South Luzon Tollway Corporation since 2015; and Phoenix Petroleum Phil Inc since 2013.
